 应广大作者要求，程序委员会决定将第一轮投稿的截稿日期延期到2012年4月30日。

In order to meet the requirements of the authors, the Program Committee have decided to extend the submission deadline of Round 1 to April 30, 2012.

 随着投稿截止日期的临近，稿件数量不断增加，但很多稿件的格式不是很规范，为便于尽快组织送审，请投稿作者严格按照submission里的要求，打包发至会议邮箱，谢谢您的合作。

With the submission deadline approaching, the amount of articles increases ceaselessly, but some articles do not meet the formal requirements. For approval as soon as possible, the author needs to be in strict accordance with the submission requirements. Make sure the articles be packaged and sent to the conferencing mailbox. Thank you for your cooperation.

     Only high quality papers can be accepted by PC of IWIIC 2012. All accepted papers will be published by SCIE, EI(JA) indexed journals.
